GUIDELINES

1. The abstracts which you’ve sent us in a final form via email will be used for the congress booklets to inform our guests about our programme.

Your complete written research paper about your subject needs to be 10-20 standard pages long. Standard page usually has 1,800 characters including spaces. If you’re using Microsoft Office Word, you can easily check the number of characters. 

 

2. The deadline for sending your complete written research paper is the day before the beginning of our congress, so until the 12th of November and not during the congress which is held from 14th to 16th of November.  Please, be on time with your written paper because we are planning to publish it in our PDF proceedings (e - book with all the written research papers presented at the congress). It will also benefit you, to have your research published, so it´s important to send it on time.

 

3. Considering your presentations at the congress: you will have 15 minutes to present your research, so you need to gather all key points of your paper to present your research well in that time frame. It’s also preferred to make a power point presentation or any other kind of a visual presentation on your computer which you will use during your presentation so that it’s easier for our guests to follow the presentation of your research, but it could also make things easier for you as well. Keep in mind that the computers at our university run on WINDOWS, so your presentations need to be compatible with that software.

4. All participants are required to pay the participation fee in the amount of 100 HRK (~14 euros).
